Kwik-E-Tunes maintains all intellectual property rights with regard to the marketing and sales of all tracks.

You can:

-Stream on a personal, not-for-profit website, including myspace and  youtube.

-Use in any type of podcast.

-Use in any type of flash animation or website, apart from as an identity  for a company logo.

-Use in a free online greeting card.

-Edit the music to fit any length, or in another order from its original   state.

You cannot:

-Re-sell or relicense tracks on their own.

-Re-record or change the music in any way without the written consent of  the owners.

-Claim any type of ownership of the intellectual property rights.

-Claim exclusive ownership of a track. Use in identity or branding for a  company.

-Use in a tv or radio advertisement.

-Use in a tv or radio show.

-Use in videos, films, trailers, games or other multimedia projects that  you were hired to make that will be reproduced and distributed.

-Use in software or videos released on DVD or ROM.

-Use as part of a toy or any product available for purchase in a store or  online
